Here's a trailer showing some new RTX for Cyberbug 2077.
As much as I'm in day one for their next day game. We cant forget that their last two projects have been utter dogchit when it comes to any sort of performance stability
Cyberpunk 2077 - Took them two years to to fix this mess of a game. The game is relatively stable now, but the game is nothing what they claimed or promised us what it would be.
Witcher 3 upgrade edition - Performance with RTX is still shoddy as fuk and high end machines don't run it well. This edition was delayed for like an year or so but it still released to abysmal performance.
Of course they have the Cyberpunk DLC coming out soon and I expect that to be another high quality dumpster fire as well given the state they're in right now.

I do not fully trust them any more. I have Witcher 3 at a 9/10 maybe. Really loved that game. Maybe i just fanboid out when playing 2 and 3 after reading the books but regardless. Really liked it.
Any hype I have them is now more reserved since the CP2077 release and that supposed thing they ESG thing they signed.
Eventually i will try out all these cool mods that i keep seeing that have added lots of missing features and quality of life stuff. Just waiting for when all the future content is release before i boot it up again.
Good old mods. Gotta love how they can improve a game.https://bandcamp.com/singularity7 - Music collection. Recommend albums. Always looking for more.

I trust them more then most
Witcher 3 was GOAT (remake played fine on the PS5 for me too)
I didn't play Cyberpunk on release.. but did play it last year.. it was really good (just not Witcher 3)
But i actually respect when people mess up.. but actually act on it and improve (Sonic hedgehog movie is another example).. they put in work for a year + after release.. I think a lot of other gaming companies would just bail and cut their losses

Game was stable at launch and fun but it was definitely missing a lot of promised material and content. And then the next 3-4 "content" patches being just cosmetics was a huge slap in the face.
I'll come back for another play through after the DLC drops but I'll definitely look at CDPR through different lenses going forward.|| MFC || C7 Crew || Trance & Techno Crew ||

I trust them less, but I don't buy games day 1 regardless.
With Cyberpunk 2077, it was very clear that trying to create the next evolution in open world games while simultaneously releasing on last gen consoles was going to be impossible, but how far short they fell was the real surprise.
As much as everyone loves Keanu Reeves, I have to wonder if the sudden extent of his involvement was a detriment that might have shifted focus away from a potentially less linear narrative. Like I think back to those early teasers of the beginning that showed so much promise for you to start out on different life paths while building relationships as you make way up like a traditional RPG, only for that to turn out to really just be a static backdrop that quickly jump-cuts to the "real" story. I've read enough scatterings online that lend credence to the game going through rewrites or having content shifted around, which I'm sure didn't help the overall picture form together cohesively.
My hope for the expansion is that they don't do a repeat now that they have Idris Elba on board, but personally, I would happily exchange any A-list celebrity appearances for a better realized open world RPG experience.
It seems fine enough as a more linear experience than the sort of Cyberpunk GTA/RDR2/Skyrim which any sort of true evolution in open world games would have to entail.
As for whatever is next with The Witcher, the news that Project Sirius was restarted might actually be a positive.
"We need to keep evaluating the situation as we move along. It’s better to cut costs early – and even restart if needed – than to carry on."
It would have been really nice if they had that same kind of forward thinking with Cyberpunk 2077 to at least delay the last gen versions or even going so far as to not promise console generation parity akin to how, for example, PS3 games would lack features that the PS4 version would have.
Back to The Witcher, I'm curious if the shift in focus is going away from a possibly more live-service type of multiplayer game, which again would actually be a positive. Far, far too many companies have been overconfident in their ability to compete with the most popular live service games, only to fail, leading to a snowballing effect of players leaving as the developers have to try to rework their game post-launch instead of beforehand. Imagine if DICE actually listened to Battlefield players and dumped the specialist concept and stuck with classes - it probably would have gone over a hell of a lot better than leaving your player base to wait around with as the developers try to fix the lemon they sold them.I will stand firm, I refuse to kneel - The fury in me is divine

Cyberpunk ran great for me with minimal bugs, nothing game breaking, esp after the patches. Yes stuff was left out but I enjoyed it anyway. Guess I'm just a simpleton that wanted to get lost in that world.
Honestly out of the last 5 or so games that were deemed bug ridden I've had little to zero issues. Maybe build a good PCLast edited by KilaByte; 04-04-2023 at 04:20 PM.

Cyberpunk was great at launch on PC rtx 3080. We just had very high expectations. Its still in the top games and they are still a top studio, theres not much out there faagots. Its a nice world to keep building on top of it and making it better.

It ran well on my 2060 super as well, though I still experienced some retarded looking bugs, nothing game breaking though ... Just funny bugs that make you think how this chit got released in such a bad presentative state.
And no ... The only reason why anyone had such high expectations is because CDPR themselves kept hyping up the product so much "The greatest and most advanced open world to date". I'm not even going go into systems and stuff that have had been completely omitted. Those are straight up marketing lies on how the game plays, not how good it looks.Sig line can't be a novel

Yeah, the majority of complaints stemmed mainly from the last gen versions, which is almost karmic justice all around because no one should have backed that stupid idea in the first place given CDPR's stated aspirations. Although it's hard to say anything in hindsight, but it probably would have helped tremendously to not have to design around such poor hardware, especially the CPU portion on the last gen systems because of how integral that is for the complexities involved in an advanced open world game. But at the very least, they might not have had quite as awful of a showing due to just how bad the last gen versions ran.
I think what people are forgetting is that they were not only rolling through the usual product hype train, but Cyberpunk being some next-level open world game is what they were selling to the Polish government, too.I will stand firm, I refuse to kneel - The fury in me is divine

My RTX 4070Ti is ready.
Also the DLC cannot come fast enough.
Also lmfao at clowns who still haven't played this fking masterpiece. Imagine missing out on SOLID 9/10 game because a few autistic fktatds on youtube told you so.

Exactly my point, just lol at believing of these hyped buzz words. You needed to have a higher IQ and had your expectations of whats actually exists and believable.
The game still has a lot of things that are well done and ahead of the competition, along with **** behind the competation, overall is a very good game, above average but *******s rode the hate bandwagon at the start, and now they switch narrative online and everyone praising how great the game is. Just bunch of sheep faagots agreeing with whatever the trend is.Yo yo yo I beez keepin it real since 02 fo real nowuimsayin

nah you are the sheep.
if the devs tells you every decision you make changes the story line then you find out you can make any decision and everything is the same no matter what... you know ruins the experience. thats just one thing the devs said the game would have and failed to deliver. don't be a sheep, you are the type of consumer EA, ubisoft, and now cd project red loves.*** Free Thinker Crew ***

At least they put in the work to continue improving their games. Even an old one like Witcher 3. They didn't have to make a free next gen update. So that was actually pretty cool.
FromSoft can't even bother to release a 60ps patch for Bloodborne and the game still has both graphical and performance issues to this day...... It looks like compete chit on my PS5.--------------------- ϞϞ( ๑⚈ ․̫ ⚈๑). ---------------------

It's really pretty pathetic. CDPR has always been a 10/10 studio. They have one release where they (in some people's opinion) dropped the ball. They owned up to it and ever since they have have continuously been improving and making the game better.
That in itself is more than 90% of studios will do.
Honestly just a bunch of fking clowns hating on them because they think that's the cool thing to do. You know, HomoGameReviewer123 on youtube told them so.
