4 minutes usually.. next goal is 5 minutes..
side planks I hit about 3 minutes and 20 seconds
Planks aren't the most fun but they are serious for core development and overall stability..
I also do APT excercises. ANterior Pelvic Tilt -- just to get my hip flexors loosened up and spine and hips aligned better.. which overall helps alot of your posture"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be."
