I don't use gloves or straps or anything like that.
As a result, the entire inside of my hand is pretty much a callous.
Even though I lotion it (no homo) it's still very dry and rough.
Anyone else go through this / have a solution?

Solution to what? Do you want to not get calluses in the first place, or would you like to remove the calluses? Your answer is either gloves or water + butter knife/pumice stone.

If you don't want it to be a recurring problem, buy some gloves. If you sand them off every time you start to get one, you will have to do it habitually if you plan on conituing to lift. I have them at the base of my fingers and you wouldn't even know they were here unless it was right after a lift.
