I'll never stop cutting!!!!!!!!!! I just bulk on cheat days ......I plan on boxing, its by far my favorite cardio very high intensity + can develope muscle like sprinting, and in case you have a few drinks to many you can be sure you can take care of things ......though I try to avoid fighting at all costs, everyone has guns now and lawsuits (not sure which is worse)......but thats my cardio of choice

You can always run in place.

For an inside HIIT exercise you can try this.

Run in place 1 min, then do intense shadow boxing for 30 sec to 1 min (Don't forget to duck and weave with quick drops and explode when you come up. Your legs will thank you...or not. Repeat. Maybe it's just me, but this was pretty grueling. 5 mins later I was huffing and puffing.

Sometimes I spar with a friend. It's more fun than doing cardio alone, more challenging, and higher intensity.

Yep. My routine cardio is walking very briskly, and always done outdoors. Just wear enough layers; you'll be fine.

I've alway run through the winter outside, in -20C weather (sometimes colder). It's very refreshing, and I prefer it to running outside in hot weather. Just invest in some proper outdoor running clothes. tights with a windproof frot are priceless. Make sure you DO NOT WEAR COTON!! I cannot stress this enough.
If you are a man, you should invest in some windproof briefs.

Have you tried some of that new thermal sports clothing. They advertise it at Dicks. Was thinking of buying some, I think it's sold by Champion Athletic gear.

Well considering I'm just getting my fatass back to the gym I'll be cutting for a couple months, until the new year, then it's bulk for 3-4 months, and then a cut for the summer months.
