Mag just draws water into your bowel with osmosis if it is not bound to an amino acid. Amino acids are actively transported from the small bowel.

I usually pop one in the AM 30 min before my shower. Then jerk off using conditioner as lub in the shower BUT don't nut. After shower, pop 2 more and I'm good for the day. Yeah I was shocked they sold to Nestle but hey I would sell to the highest bidder too. Nestle likely sources out of China now, I wouldnt be shocked if the aminos are from human hair and duck feathers from Chinese companies.

I remember using Pure Encapsulations years ago and I liked it, right now the vitamin I take is from Thorne Research its a multivitamin

When I buy magnesium and zinc it's always glycinate and picolinate. Don't remember where I picked those recommendations up, but I think it came from Charles Poliquin RIP.
