Was advised by my “Health doctor” to supplement magnesium and after one day I can not believe the difference on how I feel and my bp.

When I told her she said “it’s because your levels like most people were deficient”

So I’m sold.

Adding some other new supplements to my TRT on top of the magnesium so I’ll report back if people even give a fook or even lift in here anymore.

Also giving up weed was a great decision for me. Stopped in December and will never go back to it.

Also no alcohol. Crew.

In Florida it has to be below 500 but you can crash your levels for the blood test and no I will not coach you on this. Sorry.

Make sure you're taking the right magnesium. There's several types, some are trash like Oxide. Magnesium glycinate is the best

Last night my bp was 117/69. Not too bad for a 54 year old 220 pound 6’3 inch azzhole.

Usually it’s around 120 to 130 over 75-80.

125-130/75-80.
