time of day

I do my workouts late at night not long before bed, what are the dis/advantages of this if any.

As long as you're fed and rested enough there is no difference when you workout. Some people find they have trouble falling asleep if they do physical activity too close to bed time though.

i think training before bed is a bad idea, but better than nothing if you got no other time to train, i think so because the whole time ur asleep ur not consuming anything, it just makes more sense to workout in the morning and consume calls evenly throughout the day and crash on a pro shake
