For eggs I have had great results using a granite pan, especially. Just don't put any oil in it or it fuks it up

Honestly for eggs, teflon is fine. Just don't overheat the pan, which you won't do for eggs if you are at least somewhat competent at cooking.

Cast iron works but it's a heavy pan that demands a bit of knowledge for optimal results.

We use all-clad stainless steal and cast iron skillets.

I didn't like the copper core, so we went with D5.

Where'd the non stick go? I think the concern is that it lost its non stick because that material imparted into the food you've been cooking

I've used a variety.

I've got stainless pots and a cast iron pan.

I do like a high quality non-stick pan though. Recommend only using wood/silicone tools and not overheating them or putting them in the dishwasher.
