Ive got a li'l problem, im a fairly skinny person upperbody wise and the exact opposite in the lowerbody, it seems that my thighs store the most fat as well as some on my glutes, my calves are small and dont store a significant amount of fat, just the thighs n glutes.
Is there a way of isolating fat loss towards my thighs? I mean so that i lose fat overall but mostly from my thighs?
I started to do HIIT on the exercycle as well as fast-repped-lightweight squats thinking that doing that will target the thighs but im somewhat doubting this.
Can anyone clarify for me please ?
cheers

I see, thanks for the replies guys.
This brings me to some other questions:
Should i continue doing high volume fast-reps in my exercises? eg. does this count as a fat loss method or is doing HIIT enough?
Will i be losing, maintaining or gaining muscle whilst im on an intake deficit?(i know this one is asked alot but ive never heard a good answer)
cheers
