Does anything legit make a difference? I need to tame this crap. Stuff's going on that "powering through" just will make people's lives around me worse and nothing can really be done about the situation.
Started taking ashwagandha, going to order l-theanine, probably pick out a good vitamin d+k2 and zinc+copper next.
In before "just meditate and practice mindfulness man. Also do a gratitude journal!" Lol.

Yes, shots. I take MIT45 shots (not the red bottles) and it is the only thing that has not only helped, but helps any physical pain). Withdrawals only happened with the powder stuff for me, it makes it much harder to know the exact doses you're getting. Terrible nausea. Same goes for if you take too much

Idk. I’ve never felt an effect from anything, I’ve tried taking like huge ass doses of high withanoid or whatever ksm66 ashwaganda and never noticed anything.
Actually I did notice an effect from kava, akin to having a beer or two, but the downside was feeling like you drank a gallon of nasty root paste waterLifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

I just drink alot.
Also take time to process your negative emotions, the stress and depression will slowly lift once you figure out where the fear is originating from.
Its a way of taking back control of yourself, you feel stress when you feel like you have no control over your thoughts

So far that's the stack. If that don't work, give kratom a go. And if that don't work....fuk I don't wanna go on meds....maybe back to tobacco which really fukking helped for some reason and then a doc.-Virtue is its own reward

Spent time trying to identify negative subconscious thoughts flying through my brain and what to say to turn them around. If you sit and try to recognize what’s going through your head, self-doubt or fears or whatever, you might be surprised.
Started out by writing it down too, again and again until I believed it. Writing it down feels very visceral and draws my focus outward rather than inward, and I’d use a pencil because the feel of pencil lead on paper helped drive it home (srs)

I think researching CBT was how I ended up with that process. Now when I feel stressed or anxious about something, I can say this stuff out loud and legit feel endorphins flowing. It doesn’t eliminate anything completely, but it massively reduces and makes it much more controllable.
