hi, my schedule allows me to go to the gym 6 times a week...
all days except sunday since its closed.
so anyway, do u guys think it's a good idea to:
Lift heavy on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays then max out on cardio for tuesdays thursdays and saturdays?
also, is it a good idea to have this kind of cardio when you are trying to bulk up?
