working out everyday=good idea?
hi, my schedule allows me to go to the gym 6 times a week...
all days except sunday since its closed.
so anyway, do u guys think it's a good idea to:
Lift heavy on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays then max out on cardio for tuesdays thursdays and saturdays?
also, is it a good idea to have this kind of cardio when you are trying to bulk up?

How do you max out on cardio? Go untill your heart explodes or you pass out?

i think an easier way of maxing out is subract your age from 220.

but what i meant to say by maxin on cardio is like running till ur shirt is soaking wet... like maybe an hour or over.
