Went off the absolute rails ln bros. Whole pint of ice cream to the dome. Making really good gains, but not really losing weight the way I thought I might be.
Heading to the gym later, fully expect to weigh in around 240 again. Still look way better, but just not losing weight.
For ref, i'm 6'4, so I look like a slightly more bloated GaryRidgeway when im @240. Bicep + forearms veins coming back but gotdang, this gut sucks.

Coming back to this. I had a stomach flu and then stopped taking my meds and drank a lot so I don't know what happened. I realized I accidentally pushed my Zoloft bottle to the back so I wasn't taking it and did a huge nosedive.
Now back to cooking and eating clean.
I really need to bump up my protein.Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.

I'm cutting back on alcohol and lowering calories slightly. Even trying to order the lowest calorie drinks possible, I feel like it must have been adding up enough to contribute to some stalling, not to mention the extra facial puffiness/redness, occasionally feeling like chit in the morning, etc.
I was doing cardio every day earlier on but decided to focus on lifting and save most of the cardio for later when my cut is further along. Finally noticing some progress on the scale, and the visual results are getting more noticeable. Felt like I hovered around 209 for weeks but then was 207 yesterday and 205 this morning. Looking forward to seeing a number starting with 1 again soon. Aiming for 185 as the first major goal, but I will probably assess the situation at that point and probably aim for something in the 170s before I possibly consider some kind of bulk next fall/winter.

This. I like the way things have been progressing in the mirror, although I am definitely happy to now be seeing results on the scale as well. I think maybe I was on the right track with the idea that semi-noob gains from not lifting for a while were counterbalancing my fat loss earlier on, but I have also been trying to keep carbs even lower lately too.

Found a small family owned gym that's not stupidly busy at peak hours. So long commercial gymcucks. About to make srs physique and daily routine gains. I recommend anyone sick of packed gyms look around for small non popular gyms in your area

I've been eating very little for the past 2 weeks, pretty much only protein, veggies, and peanuts for the fat.
I was at 182 at 5'10 around 2.5 weeks ago, yesterday I weighed in at 173 but I still hate the look in the mirror.
If I sit down and lean slightly forward I can see an 8 pack down there in my abs. But If i'm just standing straight up and down, still can't seen any definition and it's pissing me the f*ck off.
the 3 ways most "normal" people get their natural highs are being minimized for me ie. nice big yummy meals, beer, sex. My meals are tasteless and not satisfying at all since the only carbs I take in right now is some rice, or some pasta here and there. I'm not drinking ANY soft drinks, gatorade, orange juice NOTHING with sugar goes in my body. I've gone from having some beers around 3'ish days a week, to only on friday and SOMEtimes on saturday if i'm feeling really down. Got no girls i'm talking too atm and nothing on the horizon ( holee fck are people ugly and fat these days ).
So I pretty much got nothing to look forward too after working all damn week doing the work of 3 people. Literally dragging co-workers around all so I can go home and eat 5 eggs at 9pm all week fcking long. Losing my damn mind brahs

Incorporate a high carb/low fat refeed meal once a week. Also consider getting your test levels checked, it shouldn’t be that stressful to eat in a deficit.
My biggest problem when in a deficit isn’t the food or stress, but is fighting an unbelievably amount of hunger. I can easily put down 3-4k calories in a single meal. (Ded fkn Srs)Toxic Masculinity

Fuarrkkk know them feels man. I really think you need to have one thing in there to keep your sanity because this level of suffering is not sustainable.
I'm doing OMAD on all days besides Saturday. When I eat my one meal, it's healthy but still tasty. And it gets especially tasty when you're hungry af all day. Getting da secks too but man I swear these days eating my one meal is a blast lol▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Did you read his post? It's a combination of a bunch of things that's stressing him out. Sometimes it be like that man, work is tough as balls, diet is hard, no sex, no drinking, no fun, and not seeing the results you think you earned. It can take its toll for sure.

My clinic convinced me to hop on Tesofensine and semaglutide and I’m shocked. I’ve never done a peptide before and they actually work. I’ll eat a meal that’s about 800-1000 calories that’s mostly only protein and will be full until the late evening. I haven’t been able to eat any more than 1800-2000 calories a day.
