I've had pretty good results with +500 a day. That puts you at about 1 lb of bulk a week, and with a lot of heavy lifting, a good cardio routine, and clean high protein eating not much fat seems to pack on. It's different for every person's metabolism though, so if you go at that rate for a week or two and start getting diminished definition, try cutting back to 300. Keeping it clean is of utmost importance.

Seeing how much I can increase strength, endurance, and athletic performance while maintaining approximately 190 lbs and single digit bf.
