I'm sorry, but those two things don't go hand in hand.

THEY go... it's not necessary to choke our organism of unnecessary extra proteins, because it reduces its functioning at its best...
it's important to built lean mass to increase our ripping possibilities...but it's not necessary to eat extra protein to do this...
those great extra protein intakes are pushed from supplements enterprise, to sell their products...we don't need so much proteins... 2 gr for every kg of lean mass (but averagely 1,8 is better), is the top we should eat...excepted for some cases when we do a protein cyclization to achieve particular enzimatical situations (see akerfeldt's proten cyclization...which is effective only in particular situation to build up extra mass)...but this isn't the case..

What you could try is. Make some more reps in your leg workouts. Reduce the weight and increase the amount of reps you make. This way the definition of your Ham strings will come out more. Furthermore cardio on a empty stomach always burns fat like crazy.
Try to keep the carbs on the low side, but watch out that you don't start burning the muscle.
But for what it's whurth i think your fysiek looks great
(don't look at the bad grammer, englisch isn't my strongest point)

I'd say you are the type that does mostly cardio and high reps. If I'm right then go heavy on squats! Shock your body!

madonna i know you posted this forever ago, but i just wanted to add something. that leg "fat" that you're seeing isn't fat, those are called adductors. well i know you know what adductors are, but what i'm saying is that there's not a lot you can do. if you have muscular legs you are going to have visible adductors, not matter how low your bodyfat is. that's a good thing. who likes legs that have a big hole in the middle? gross.

check out this pic of monica brant at like, 8% or lower bodyfat. you can see her inner thighs, and no fat on her body.
