Straight creatine monohydrate will most likely bloat you. There are some different products with different delivery systems that say they minimize or do away with the bloat. One being effervescent creatine and phos****en from EAS I believe. There are others I just can't remember. I have tried the effervescent and I liked it but damn was it expensive....however most products from GNC are.

a lot of people will tell you that you should cram a bunch of that down your throat but in reality your body can only process 4 or 5 grams at a time, after that you're just pissing out your money and giving your kidneys more unessiaary work. if you feel the need to take 10 grams then take 5 before your workout and 5 after. but all you really need is 5
