if you want to go with actual bodybuilders too who didnt get monstrous, Milos has one of the Goat physiques without blowing out his waist and having the best quads/legs for not being a mass monster. There were a lot of great black bodybuilders around this time but none of them had the legs like this, if they did it was Ronnie and Flex and Levrone who also had massive torsos. Milos was the guy inebetween, just lacked the arms to be the GOAT physique period.
