6'0 and weighed in at 91.5 kg (202 lb) after a workout today.



I barely have any muscle as confirmed by a bunch of oldcels and bloatlords on misc , but I have zero problem pulling sloots because my physique has a few traits that actually matter for pulling sloots (apart from my face, height, and tats)

If you primarily lift to develop an appealing physique for prime sloots, you only need to focus on these 3 things.

1. Keeping a low bodyfat so you maintain a small, narrow waist - Studies (and my anecdotal evidence) prove that sloots care the most about men's v-shape, and it makes sense since we look at someone's overall bodyshape rather than focusing on one specific muscle when we interact with the opposite sex.

I'm about 15 lbs too heavy in that pic, but I rock an insane v-taper at around 185 lbs.

2. Big shoulders - You likely won't develop that 3d cannonball shoulders if you are natty unless you got that prime BBC genetic but gotta work with what you got.

3. Wide upper back - Pullups all day everyday for that v-shape.

That said, it's gonna be much more difficult for you to develop attractive physique for sloots if you are born with child bearing hips.

If that applies to you, you should completely disregard working legs (I say that as someone who's trained oly weightlifting for years) and hammer your shoulders and upper back all day.

Big legs and azz from heavy squatting will only accentuate your child bearing hips (refer to awsbrah and notbadbrad hehe).
