Someone here in STL reported a noise complaint against his neighbor. to the landlord. Landlord told the black girl neighbor to try and keep it down. A few days later 2 black guys were waiting for him in his front yard when he arrived home and shot him in front of his gf as they arrived home from date night.

Tell him to get some headphones, or get some yourself. Saying you can't find your earplugs, when you can get them at any drugstore or delivered to you in a couple hours is just a bad excuse.

I sympathize with you bc my neighbors in NYC are loud AF, but I bought decent headphones and haven't cared in 6 mo.

I found 1 earplug. Im making a DIY one out of those cotton pads chicks use.
Headphones are distracting, i can feel my heartbeat with them on.

He was screaming at the top of his lungs while back but its been dead silent for about 10mins now so i think we all good.
