    Sounds like the one at my gym, not to be mean but he has the worst form on lifts and instead of going nice and slow to get a good contraction he goes as fast as possible i just shake my head and laugh in my mind haha and when he is training people he has these really goofy exercises and it just doesn't make any sense

    i don't understand why gyms still hire 'trainers' like these... they are meant to be experts so they can help you progress not cause you injuries!

    I figured I'd throw a few things I've seen among others that made me laugh a little.

    1. Bunch of guys doing curls and only curls while wearing dress shirts Friday evenings... probably 130-150 soaking wet, good luck getting laid sirs.

    2. Guy who wears a belt, gloves, hoodie up, music blaring through headphones while yelling and maxing out 155 on the bench.

    I'm probably a gym idiot myself though, I just refuse to admit it.
