okay , no need to leave your gatorade , water bottle , jacket , hoodie on a bench or situp bench . I wanted to do barbell curls and had to wait for this big mother fuker to return , he came after 5 minutes . I was pissed but didnt say nothing cuz the bastard was ****in huge hahahaha . Now I just work even harder so I can get bigger then him so stuff a water bottle up his ass. thinks hes teh boss of equipment . ****

oh , 2 fat ladies ( 250lbs ) doing crunches. I was so ****in mad . thats like buying 3 double cheeseburgers , fries and a diet coke.
A personal trainer was counting while they were doing the crunches. When I mean fat I mean fat . Do they not realize they should be running like ****ing wilderbeasts on a treadmill so they can lose that fat ****ing gut. ??

at times theres ****ing barbells , dumbells all over the ****ing floor and this is during busy hours . I dont understand ??!!!! ????

working out at the local Y is definitely interesting....there are always the guys who come in the gym with their jeans on..t shirt tucked in and take up space for 15 minutes before leaving.... the usual pack of after school kids that come into the free weight area, stand in front of the mirror and admire themselves, only to go on to load up the barbell for flat bench with far too much weight and have their 6 friends lift the weight off their neck..all of them taking turns at that!

Just WOW !!!!!! Was late getting to the gym today before they closed and some dumbass's in their mid- late 30's whom I've never seen there before in my fcking life (probably holiday tourists) JUST STANDING at the squat rack... Talking and talking and talking some more so I go up to them
me: hey you two using this? (even though its obvious he was)
gym noob: who me? (WTF????? they were the only other people in the weight room)
me: yeah ..uh you.
gym noob: yea?
me: sure ok just finish up then okay, some of us like to actually lift and not hog the equipment.
gym noob: ~bert stare~
me: walk away( pulled down my pants so I was mooning him as I walked off)
gym noob: continues his set of CURLS IN THE SQUAT RACK

Saw the usual no full ROM squaters. These two guys were all dressed up like they were going to play BB. Anyways they're at the squat rack and they have the pad on with 185 lbs. I watched them do the squats and they literally went down about two inches, they did knee bends. During their sets they were grunting and breathing loudly like it was actually hard... I wanted to say something but I always heard that correcting others in the gym usually doesn't end well.

Lol I'm not discrediting the racks usefulness for curls.... This guy was using piss poor form with way too much weight he could handle. And I did ask if he was using it "you guys using this?" but he responded cocky so I had the right to be an asshole.Thanks for calling me an idiot though, idiot.
