I wanted to do barbell curls and had to wait for this big mother fuker to return , he came after 5 minutes . I was pissed but didnt say nothing cuz the bastard was ****in huge hahahaha .     oh , 2 fat ladies ( 250lbs ) doing crunches. I was so ****in mad . thats like buying 3 double cheeseburgers , fries and a diet coke.

    working out at the local Y is definitely interesting....there are always the guys who come in the gym with their jeans on..t shirt tucked in and take up space for 15 minutes before leaving.... the usual pack of after school kids that come into the free weight area, stand in front of the mirror and admire themselves, only to go on to load up the barbell for flat bench with far too much weight and have their 6 friends lift the weight off their neck..all of them taking turns at that!

    Saw the usual no full ROM squaters. These two guys were all dressed up like they were going to play BB. Anyways they're at the squat rack and they have the pad on with 185 lbs. I watched them do the squats and they literally went down about two inches, they did knee bends. During their sets they were grunting and breathing loudly like it was actually hard... I wanted to say something but I always heard that correcting others in the gym usually doesn't end well.
