Triceps are a secondary muscle during chest workouts. Its unlikely you will overwork them by doing chest one day and following the next day with triceps.

^ agreed working chest one day will only work the tris a bit so in a way it would be like youre pre fatiguing the tris whil yre doing yore chest, rest and then really hit the tris the next day then take atleast 2 to 3 days of b4 isolating the tris again.
Youre a gym Idiot if u deadlift with the stupidest form ever and use youre arms and back to lift/pull the weight up when thats just completely cheating, its a push exercise where you push through the legs and back.

Oh lawd, some phaggot at the gym was doing side lateral raises/front raises w/a 45lb plate. Thats not the bad part, the bad part is that he was using an adjustable incline/flat bench to put his 'workout journal,' the two dumbells and weight plate, I mean for fuks sake, we only have two adjustable benches @ the gym.

One thing I don't understand is those who come to the gym just to walk on the treadmill, and it's perfect weather outside. Such a waste of a gym membership when they can just walk around outside in beautiful weather instead...for free.

its way more convenient to jump on the tredmill , get in your car and go home than it is to walk outside
i would never go to gym just to use the tredmill tho , strictly after weight training!

People who use a machine (without a towel or water bottle near by), finish a set, then walk off and leave it unattended, expecting people to somehow know that they're still using it, then they gte annoyed when someone jumps on it!

a couple yesterday. the male was trying to teach the female do some back exercise. she was standing on a box with a straight bar about 15 lbs each side trying to "dead lift". she was not even going below her feet yet the guy told her standing on the box. bent back and everything.
they were standing in front of the rack where I was trying to dead lift 175 (I weight 135). the guy gave me a dirty look and walked to the other side of the female.

The obivous one of not racking weights is annoying. At my gym weights, dumbells, and everything else is just scattered all over the place. I was using the squat rack and tried to change out the weight almost tripped over 2 35 DBs and a 30. The db rack is a good 25 feet away no one was around using these weights. It's the same as not picking up after yourself when you are at someone else's house. The gym allows it though. Although, the staff members have been going around picking up people's weights recently.
The other one that is annyoing is when people will almost bump into you when they walk by. This happens at least a few times a week. I'll be walking to get some water and someone will walk in the opposite direction and I will go out of my way to avoid being near them and they just keep walking right at me almost hitting me. I usually just laugh it off. I could understand if we were going to the same place and there wasn't a lot of room, but that's never the case.
Well, I saw that coming. Yet I did nothing to stop it. Why do I fear success?

I went to an all-boys state school and this would happen every minute or so when going from class to class, the gym I go to is full of regulars (you can tell) and can understand proper gym etiquette but I couldnt imagine using a gym where others would attempt to bump into you for some weird sense of self-satisfaction, I would lose my mind and use a kettlebell as a weapon or something.

Does it make me a gym idiot if I only do clean and jerk and snatch as my main exercise while everyone only does bice curls?

When I see someone try to walk off and leave their **** everywhere I'll do this, "Hey man, can you help me out?" He thinks I'm asking for a spot so he says yes. "Clean up your weights *******." They're always shocked that someone called them out on it but will sulk away and clean up.

them glutes
i was doing calf raises in the smith machine, and this dude comes over and starts taking a plate off the bar. it was one of those smith machines that allows you to hold plates all over it (maybe they're all like this), so i guess the dude didn't realize that he was actually grabbing a plate that was in use. i'm not usually at a loss for words, but i couldn't do anything but just drop-jaw bertstare him.
