#1 the guy who walks to the dip/pullup station and jams his ribs into the handles 3 full sets haha
#2 the guy who is clearly a new screaming loud while doing curls with 20lbs
#3 the guy in the sauna that opens his towel for his junk to be seen WTF
#4 the guy with the dumbells chatting it up with a buddy for 30 mins and has the nerve to say hes using it (next time i wont be so nice)
#5 the guy using the flat bench to sit on after a workout that has nothing to do with any bench
#6 the 4 guys working out together and over hearing them mis inform each other on how to properly do a workout

Someone said something about people who don't put the weights/dumbells/other equipment back after they are done, they are beyond ignorant and rude. I have a storage unit and they have carts and such to help you move your things around, but they have a notice that if you don't put the equipment back when you are done, they charge you $15 on the next bill. Maybe the gyms should start something like this. Same thing for people who leave sweat or trash behind after they are done with a piece of equipment.

SO today I'm at the gym, have my gym bag by the bench, just load the bench with weights, leave to get some collars and when I come back some guy is taking weight from the bench! Then continues to bench for half reps! Even though the weights were on the bench and not the bar, it was the only 25s that were on the bench and he takes them and doesn't even bother to put them back!!!"You see, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. This isn't a necessary gym idiot thing but more annoyed at the gym itself. I'm having a just a run day and the my gym has roughly 12 tvs and out of those 12, 8 of them have the same damn channel!

That's what their teaching in our public schools.

Ur health teacher basically teaches kids creatine protein shakes are steroids all supplements
I had a mom made a girl break up with me for it and anther girl turn me down for my supplement use.
What these schools are doing is disgusting.
There brain washing kids to think supplements are bad.
I had coaches say I was steroids to the little kids that want look like me instead of play foot ball
The health teacher says it cause she doesn't know anything about health let alone do her job and teach

There's a guy that goes to my gym in the afternoons and does squats on a ball, as above. A couple weeks ago, he finished doing this bull**** and then loaded plates onto the only barbell/power rack in the gym and walked away to socialize with his buddies for a bit. I needed the rack for heavy benching and decided to wait for him. Five minutes later, he was still chatting, so I unloaded his weight and did my sets while he chatted through my sets and then some. Ever since, he's been giving me dirty looks.
That same day, some lady who may or may not be coupled with the ball-squatter did one set on a lat-pulldown and walked away, sat on a bench next to the ball-squatter and chatted for several minutes. I assume she's done, so I do my sets of pulldowns. While I'm doing my sets, she finishes chatting and stands around the machine. During my last set (5x5), she and the ball-squatter start mocking me under their breath.
If all that's not enough, one of the guys that the ball-squatter was chatting with regularly brings his toddler to the gym and lets him run around unsupervised, lets the kid climb on equipment, or occasionally gives him a set of small dumbbells to curl along with daddy."The battle is won in the kitchen. we all do an idot move in the gym atleast once i still do some today and i think its totally normal and you shouldnt really judge people that are there learning i mean we all started there sometime, this doesent apply for machine or equipment hoggers (those are the filth), also those people that with their actions intentionally or unintentionally disrupt others from their workout (these guys just need to learn some manners)

lol some of these things are so epic and true! At my gym the only thing thing I've spotted so far that's just "odd" and I don't get is this one old guy who comes in and does all these workouts but he does them SUPER freaking fast, does not even extend or anything, hard to explain lol I'm unsure as if it's some type of workout i'm unaware of since I've only been at the gym for 8 months...everything he does is like super speed mode, zero full extension and he sometimes comes in and cuts into your machine and says "just one set just one" and then leaves, pretty odd, makes me laugh.
Oh and I guess the naked thing - The entire get ass naked to get on the scale, bro, the 1lbs your clothes weigh won't make a different, don't get naked unless you really have to in the guys locker room.

Anther thing u can add to gym idiots is when you have those ppl eyeballing u out usually the older folks 60s + eyeballing u out for actually doing a thing called trying, hard work breaking a sweat. Like wtf you've never seen some one try b4 ? Trying isn't allowed. Ya I'm the one getting results here, if I intimidate u for actually trying and getting results maybe ur in the wrong gym, go join planet fitness.
I don't how ur gym's work but at mine everyone else takes a towel with them to the showers to. They cover themselves when go use the showers.
Our gym in the locker room the old guys feel the need to walk around naked to the showers, absolutely no decency. Gross. Cover urself up.
