WRT to OP, like I keep saying: Wheels turn slowly, by necessity.

Inciting an insurrection is probably the most difficult charge to demonstrate intent.

But obstruction of proceedings, conspiracy to defraud the country etc. are well-evidenced prosecutions. He pressured dozens of officials to commit fraud. It's on tape, and after his own lawyers informed him his actions are illegal and his claims false. We couldn't ask for more evidence.

Him and Eastman are clearly embroiled in the fake electors scheme, and a federal judge has already stated Trump has committed several felonies based on the evidence he's seen.
