Almost overnight, Republicans seem to have done an about turn. Now Trump is only it for himself, only it for his ego, he's going to harshly divide the country, time to abandon Trump etc.
Moderates, liberals, independents etc were telling you this for years. We kept saying Trump only cared for himself; his ego and to settle scores, and we were ridiculed for saying Trump wasn't in it for the people or didn't really want to be President.
After his six years of Twitter tantrums, siccing his acolytes on people whilst being a sitting President, looking at a deadly pandemic only in terms of political calculi and personal gains, trying to overthrow Democracy with his election frauds etc. and now Republican factions are now sounding like everyone else has since 2016. But only now they care about Trump's narcissism and destructive actions when it's turned on their party, not when the country and society themselves were the targets.
Two things:
1. Told you so, and this is hypocrisy.
2. Perhaps the realization is a good sign you might be amenable to some deradicalization.

Is time for a bit of "I told you so" towards Republicans?
Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

Biden wasn't corrupt in Ukraine though. There's a sizeable difference between corruption, nepotism, and simply cashing in on a family name. Regarding the latter, we could write a list as long as our arms of the times the Trump children have rode the coattails of their father.

I've never been much of a fan of Trump the person. I've known successful business men with a similar demeanor as him. that kind of personality can work in the business world and I hoped it might be able to gain maybe some popularity in the political world, but that didn't happen. I pretty much stopped caring for Trump all together after 2 years into his administration. I have liked some of his policies, but some of Trump's negative traits were to much for me to deal with. The GOP can do better than Trump.
Sorry to see Biden's latest political stunt to go after his political rival Trump, Biden and the Democrats never ending obsession. Glad to read this morning that the soon to be House controlled GOP plan to put a stop to Biden's latest political attack against a GOP rival.

Trump may be in it for himself, but the fact is, he made this country a much better place while in office. Whether it was deliberately or accidently I don't know. All I do know is the country was much better off under him.
Now we have someone like Biden, who is also only in it for himself, and is running the country into the ground.Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Agreed. I don't have to agree with Trump, I don't have to like Trump, but the country was flat out in a better place than it is now and will be for who even knows how long at this rate.
Biden's insane adherence to the belligerently stupid policies dictated by the collective left are crippling us every single time with no logical or rational plan forward, just bleeding the country indefinitely. The fact that we're doing so poorly after the pandemic became a glorified cough speaks volumes on its own, and now we're stuck with these warcawk-suckers stringing the entire country along for a perpetual proxy war as inflation and shortages continue unabated.
Not that OP would understand that from Australia or New Zealand or Trannystan or wherever-the-hell across the planet.I will stand firm, I refuse to kneel - The fury in me is divine
My dark grave awaits, my fate is revealed - But I'm not afraid to die

Yep, even if it's simply wanting to do well to satisfy his own ego (not unlikely) it's the results that count. He did significantly underdeliver compared to his campaign promises and all of that, but...what politician doesn't? Overall, things weren't too shabby under him.
Biden? Well...it speaks for itself (even though a lot of libs are in absolute cope/denial mode).
