Hey y'all, I have Ulcerative Colitis and an issue digesting cow milk. I take whey isolate and I feel fine. I'm curious are there any mass gainer high in calories you recommend for me. One I won't have trouble digesting? Cheers friends.

I suffered from Colitis/IBS/Crohns for years. I took Align® Probiotic (one capsule a day for a month) and I'm 99.999% cured. Align cost less than $30.00 and is worth a shot.
I also use Lacteeze Drops. You put 10 drops in a gallon of milk and let it sit in the fridge for 48 hours. It will split the lactose into easier to digest simple sugars.
As far as mass gainers go I have always used Weight Gainers for years and they are the cornerstone of my diet/supplement program.

Make one. Use whatever ingredients you want. It'll end up being more nutritious for you anyways.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
