Newly ugly as I get older and older. How do I still find joy in life as an ugly person?
Can seriously tell people don’t look at me the same as when I was younger and still relatively attractive as a 7/10. Now I’m like a 5/10 and truly invisible

How can you enjoy life when you’re ugly?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

The path to enlightenment is by realizing that you deserve to be treated like a cockroach by the world cause you were born ugly
Once you accept that, when days come where you are treated slightly better than a cockroach you will be happy because you know you deserves worseBest lifts:
Bench press: 315x4, 345x1
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 185x8, 195x5, 215x1
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

Dammit bruh, stop this FA type of thread, you are too good for this stuff. I have read your posts on this forum and you put up some insightful stuff time and time again. Never have I seen a brah defend Atlanta so furiously and get others to agree with him on how great OTP is. Snap out of it OP, you are better than this. You are just having a rough night or rough week and some negative thoughts came to your thread. You're not ugly brah, you lift and look better than majority of the population.
Maybe your face isn't A-list celeb tier but snap out of it OP. You are too good for these kinds of threads brah.

Don't worry about it, if it's any consolation I've found when I first meet a person I might consider ugly or strange looking after a short time I simply get used their looks. In the case of people I've worked with I don't even notice or think about it anymore.
