Hi Guys, can anyone help me, I need to add more fat into my diet since im only getting about 60g a day atm which comes from 5 eggs and oats... I realy need to add some more but recently have developed a lactose intolerance were if I eat milk, cheese, etc I break out in awful acne, what are some easy ways I can add fat without adding more carbs and sugar???
