    Lactose Intollerant - Need more Fat in diet...

    Hi Guys, can anyone help me, I need to add more fat into my diet since im only getting about 60g a day atm which comes from 5 eggs and oats... I realy need to add some more but recently have developed a lactose intolerance were if I eat milk, cheese, etc I break out in awful acne, what are some easy ways I can add fat without adding more carbs and sugar???

    yogurts tend to be tolerated, most likely for their bacterial lactase activity.

    I am lactose intolerant as well and break out in acne too, but you should have no problem getting your fats in. Eggs, nuts, peanut butter, olive oil, avocados, steaks, certain fish, the list goes on really.
