There have been a couple of times over the last several years that I didn't eat for a week. It was a mood thing. Something happened, like I got in an argument with somebody, and something in me snapped cold and low, and I wouldn't eat for a week. Drank water, but that was absolutely it. 10 days is not that much different from a week. But doing it as a conscious decision rather than having to do with a mood...I would have to be absolutely ultmately determined and without anything tempting in the house, whatsoever.
