Being on a lengthy vacation - potentially with friends/family/a girl, or otherwise by yourself, depending on the mood. That wasn't my first thought though. I took a very difficult mid-high level certification that I studied for for a few months, and I had only one chance for a retake before that version of the exam would be untestable and I'd have to start studying a newer version. This certification is important because it'll renew my previous easier certifications too if I pass it, and I didn't want to deal with retaking newer versions of lower level exams I've already passed.

It took 2.5 hours, involved simulations along with like 80-90 multiple choice questions with tricky scenarios and wording to throw you off. I thought I failed towards the end. Saved my answers, ended the test. Before I can get the results I had to fill out a survey. The anticipation was overwhelming, so I sped through that survey. The exam doesn't give you a score, only a pass or fail. Saw a nice PASS result. All the blood rushed to my head, I was visibly shaking, had to sign a form after and messed up my handwriting from shaking so much.

The only other thing I can think of that's better than sex is relief from completing something, or perhaps even avoiding something, that you were absolutely dreading doing. An example might be going to the dentist for some people, or it might be something like a major presentation with a large and/or intimidating audience to deal with.
