Hey All,
I train from home, 6 days a week, I use dumbbells, barbells and bench.
I train abs 3 times a week and I use those 10 to 15 minutes tutorials I see on YouTube, they are pretty hard and I always finish with a good amount of pain,
but they are not weighted exercises.
Do they really work??? What is your opinion compared to train ABS at the gym? Note, I am not asking why I don't see my abs, given that I am in a bulk phase, I am just trying to find out if those training are pure waist of time, and if they are not good, do you have advise how to train abs at home?
