Srs. I browse Steam for hours looking for a game to play but nothing looks interesting. Games that I loved before are boring now. Movies are boring. So is TV. I don't have motivation to do anything. My room is so messy because I can't be asked to clean it. I don't find good food tasty anymore. All I do is browse Youtube to pass the time but I'm not enjoying it. The weird thing is, I'm not depressed or sad at all. Just not sure why everything is so bland.

Gym, play a sport (recreational sports can still be great), find a manual labor hobby (yardwork, wood/metalworking, fishing, whatever), flirt with random girls when out and about, etc.

Embracing clown world is not the way, but mgtow isn't either. I find that most of the people who think this way are stuck in the city. I think the real way is to check out of the rat race and live a traditional life in a remote town. Sadly there are a lot of us that rotmaxx or wagecel until we are too old to make that jump and by then we were just another cog in the machine and a statistic when we die alone in the old folks home.
For God so repped the world, that he negged his only begotten Son, that whosoever reppeth in him should not be negged, but have everlasting reps.

Sounds like the beginning stages of depression. Depression doesn’t mean you feel doom and gloom all day long, or that you only feel sadness. The fact that your hobbies don’t interest you anymore, and you can’t bring yourself to clean up your living space, or can’t even enjoy foods you liked are all warning signs.
If you don’t make positive changes now, you can slip into it worse. For now force yourself to clean up, because having a tidy space to relax in helps a lot. Change your mental state to a positive one. Some people write down x amount of things in their life they’re grateful for. Or you can reframe something like “I have so many choices for food to eat” instead of “I’m eating this again.”
Apply the positive spin to anything in your life you’re thankful for and have just gotten used to. A place to rest, you probably have a car, a job, internet, food, etc. Don’t just lay down and rot because a sudden fall into depression is no joke.Lurking since '05 - the days of VS gorilla/cloud/goku threads

I have little kids and honestly I sort of get you OP.
I see my kids totally happy and innocent. They love going to the zoo, splashing in puddles etc.
they have no concept of clown world, being a 9 to 5 workercell who just sits in front of a screen all day, commuting 2 hours a day, dealing with office politics etc.
seeing them be able to innocently experience true joy in our world sort of depresses me because I realize I can't really achieve that myself. I'm too corrupted/jaded at the world (been in combat overseas so I sort of lost my "belief" in society").
whatever though, I love my kids and love seeing them happy. Just wish I could experience that joy they feel.

How old are you OP? For me, I think age might have something to do with it. I've noticed it slowly get worse over the years. The older you get the more you've done things and they aren't fun anymore. It's like drinking, sex, drugs, or riding roller coasters, etc. You'll always be chasing the feeling you had when you first started. And the more you chase it, the more mundane it becomes

It's part of aging. Nothing will be as fun as it was in your childhood/teens/early 20's. The only hit of dopamine that barely wanes, is the new relationship feeling. Walking on air, banging like rabbits. It's why plenty of women jump from guy to guy every couple months, constantly chasing that new relationship high. They love the feelz.
Hang in there, we all gonna make it.
