Iv always thought
Strength x3 a week
Cardio ×3 a week
Yoga/balance work x3 a week
Along with 30 minutes or so of moderate cardio everyday.
What are your guys thoughts?
I'm not requesting a plan to be shreaded or strong af, just something that can be sustained for the long haul

Maybe balance work but I always get injured from yoga so I steer clear of it. I rather just stretch but I need to do more than that.
I balance out lifting 3x a week and cardio 3x a week.
I recently added swimming for cardio and boy that really exhausts me!Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.
