Iv always thought
Strength x3 a week
Cardio ×3 a week
Yoga/balance work x3 a week
Along with 30 minutes or so of moderate cardio everyday.
What are your guys thoughts?
I'm not requesting a plan to be shreaded or strong af, just something that can be sustained for the long haul

Have you ever tried DDP Yoga? It covers low impact cardio, pushups/squats, and yoga poses for flexibility. Mix in some weight training for the muscle groups you don't feel get hit as well...such as lat pulldowns and seated rows for example.Originally Posted by BlackJack619

Good nutrition and not being sedentary would probably increase most people's longevity.

Maybe balance work but I always get injured from yoga so I steer clear of it. I rather just stretch but I need to do more than that.
I balance out lifting 3x a week and cardio 3x a week.
I recently added swimming for cardio and boy that really exhausts me!Make It a Great Day! Just call me Dusty. It's a Clown 🤡 World out there.
