Make sure you eat from the large bag only. You will gain fat like crazy if you eat out of small and medium bags.

Yes, you can eat corn chips. But, you have to still check your calorie count. Corn is considered to be used as a snack on diet as it is low caloric.

calories consumed < calories expended day to day = weight loss.
Doesn't matter what you eat as long as the calorie total is less than your body uses.
But that's why you need to eat from the big bag as everyone else has already said - bigger bag is heavier and longer range of motion since it's deeper - causes you to burn more calories than light small bags.Misc Firearms Crew
