Honestly hasn’t been my experience
The women in tech I’ve worked with have almost always been more diligent workers than average. Whereas the laziest workers have always been male. One dude was fired cause he was caught playing video games at work. And in terms of raw coding competency the worst I’ve seen have always been dudes.
But the genius/savant types have always been male
Essentially what I’m saying is that the average tech woman was probably better than the average tech man. But the best and worst tech workers were men.Best lifts:

Strict press: 185x8, 195x5, 215x1

Women are more conscientious, detail-oriented, and organized on average than males. I could see how this would benefit them in tech or anywhere. but I would still imagine males are more productive on average. I think the hard-working males balance out the lazy males. Way more men sacrifice themselves to their work (put in a chitload of hours) than women do

I only have 5 cats and only drink 1 box of wine a night, it helps me sleep because of all my stress. Where are my pills?

I think one of the points that the woman is making, is that men are willing to problem solve, think outside the box, do jobs that might not within there precise job description, but could add greatly to the productivity of the rest of the company.
There are many, many different ways to be efficient and hard-working. In other words, the CEO is talking about the output per employee, which she can calculate based on her data. What you see, might not be what you get without looking at output per individual. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.
Hayek and Mises were right; they're all socialists.

Imo it's rare to find female network engineers, devops, system admins. I've only ever met women who were inclusivity hires at management level who had never done the job at ground level, very frustrating. I did meet one hot female programmer once though. Women don't have the autism levels for these kind of job roles imo generally
