Hey!
I hear alot of people saying pull-ups and chins, but what is the difference? I thought it was the same exercise.
Please explain

I'm not 100% sure, but since nobody else is responding, I'll tell you what I think.
I think a pullup is when your palms are facing away from you and you're working more of your upper back.
And... of course, a chinup is when your palms are facing you (you can see your finger nails if using a bar) and you're working your biceps and lats mostly.
