    I plan on working out in about 1.5-2 hours, except I feel extremely drained and un-focused. I probably cant lift 20lbs right now...ugh

    It's funny but I actually get more pumped if I jack off right before I lift, I don't do it often but sometimes if I am out of it and can't focus. BUT when I nailed my ex before I lifted I lifted like **** and had no focus.

    anyway, it's not a good idea. cortisol levels are high after masturbation, and you become less focussed, less aggressive and more tired.

    masturbating after a workout is a good idea though. masturbation increases testosterone both long-term and immediately afterwards, and it relaxes you.

    Honestly, I don't feel drained or tired if I do it before. I think I have better workouts because there is a sense of calmness in the gym and I can focus on lifting instead of the chicks if I jerk it before I go.
