how many times do u guys workout the chest? is it good to do onec a week or more?

I do it 2x per week. But if you're considering a high frequency split remember that you can't just take a normal routine and do it twice as often. High frequency splits need a lot more thought put into them to effective, everyone can handle different amounts of stress for different lengths of time. Read up on HST and DFHT to learn more.

5 times, I only work chest and biceps so i train them every day right beofre my delicious serving of Celltech and Ntrotech for explosive gains on lean mass cause the chicks dig diesel guys.
I train chest one time a week when bodybuilding March-October'
twice when i go Powerlifting november-feb
I powelift during thewinter to add crazy leg and chest size. my arms and back are strong points where my legs/chest need more mass. so this type of cycle works well for meIt's my turn.
