    Gonna respectfully disagree with one caveat.........A recomp to get BACK into shape is super easy. I have let myself go and gotten back into shape half a dozen times over the last 20 years.

    If the first pic was day one of ever being in the gym, then yes, you would be correct

    Edit: I dug up an old photo of my first "Transformation" first year of training. 2009. Mostly cardio and bodyweight exercises. 60 lbs lost not knowing how to properly diet.

    Definitely not natty, since my body is running on an external source of test with my TRT and my natural production being shut off. No salty feelings on my end brah! , I do appreciate it tbh. It's funny... Despite having a decent physique I feel DWARFED at my local gym... since when is everybody on gear and JACKED sub 10%.. it's NUTS
