Rest is the most important. You will not make any gains while sick because your body's immunes system is down. Allow your body to fully heal through rest and nutrition. Once you hit the weight again you may come in stornger and more mentally pumped due to the temporary layoff.
Continue with a multi vitamin and check out Echinacea and/or Goldenseal Root to help with a boost for the immune system. Also added vitamin C and Ginger herb can be beneficial as well.

yep take the time to read up on a new plan of attack then hit it when you feel better . I once made the mistake of not waiting and it set me back for a month.
