Hey! I just got my Twinlab whey protein powder and was wondering whether i should take it with milk or water. All i need to know is :
1) When i should take my protein drink. (after workouts?)
2) When to drink it with water or milk.
3) How often i should take it.
All help or suggestions needed! Thanks~! =D

ideally...
it is best to take with water + banana when you wake up
then have a meal 30min later or so
drink it with milk any other time besides post workout
when again, ideally, you would want to take it with water + banana

that restores your glycogen much faster

i would recomment WATER any time of the day because whey is fastest digesting and milk would slow that down
even if your gonna have it with milk i would say before bed but casein is a much more idea choice before bed than whey so conclusion:
Water any time of the day!!!There is no finish line
