I've wondered this, too. Usually when I go to a store and need to talk to customer service I'm in and out pretty quickly. The people in front of me have some complex problem that needs 3 different employees and numerous calls to other departments to get squared away. I have no ****ing idea what could possibly be going on with them that would take that ****ing long. It's insane.
