I’m 35 and honestly no one gives a sh*t whether you’re aesthetic or not. Women are only interested in you if you’re rich at this age. Men just look at you like you’re wasting your time trying to stay fit.

Dunno OP, I'm 33 and I've currently got the best physique I've ever had. It's pretty Chadly to brutally mog almost every single person you interact on a professional basis: it gives you the upper-hand in negotiation, it makes you appear more competent, it shows you make good life decisions (no/low alc, no/low cigs, no/low drugs except potentially OJ, etc.), sloot coworkers are less (but still extremely) toxic because they want to be banged by you. There are a lot of benefits and that's just in your work life. Personal life, I think the benefits remain the same as always.

Anyway I think mogmaxxing well into middle age is essential for the modern man tbh.

This is probably the single biggest reason most people who go to the gym don’t get results (combined with lack of consistency)

Squat, bench, deadlift, OHP, rows. You can probably add pull-ups to that list. That’s where the vast majority of your gains come from.

Too many brahs doing 5 different types of curls and lifting on machines while neglecting the most productive exercises. Sure that works, if you’re blasting a bunch of tren and have great genetics

Now there’s a balance with everything. Not saying your career should be bartending in your 30s and so on, that I agree. But some point there’s a trade off where you can get the job done well on 30-40 hours a week compared to putting in 55+ for a pat on the head and to be called a “rockstar” in your company.

Why would you want to be a fat out of shape unhealthy couch potato like the majority of the world? Look at the real people in the world who hold true power and respect. It isn't washed up fitness instructors and ex bodybuilders. Being fat used to mean power and wealth. I used to prefer "blending in" driving a beater car and wearing no label clothes was the way to go. But at some point I realized even I had my biases towards people who outwardly show their value. I'd rather have the hotshot surgeon driving into the garage in his new Porsche than the humble doc in his common sense Corolla. It is sad, but people honestly do treat you better and have more respect for you when you rock designer labels and flash signs of "value". Same goes for lifting.
