PHOENIX - Police say the man caught on video brutally attacking a Cricket Wireless employee before getting away with phones and cash from a store in Phoenix has been arrested.
The incident happened just after 5 p.m. on June 4 at a Cricket Wireless store near 43rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road.

Guy was probably strung out from heroin or on meth. Its very common in Phoenix. A lot of drug users out here. Thats unfortunately due to the cartel. They recruit people from the hood to smuggle drugs into our state.

Imagine working a job making barely above minimum wage where there is always the threat of getting attacked/robbed/murdered by joggers, and also knowing that the legal system won't protect you since homeboy will be out in 24 hours. In the woman's case, it would be perfectly reasonable for her to say **** it and collect disability as she can no longer work due to PTSD from her attack.
