ive pulled all nighters before and then tried to workout, i guess it really depends on how draining your day was.. how good you ate and stuff, some of my no sleep workouts were really good and some just sucked hard and i was like falling asleep between sets.
if youre wide awake and pumped and ready to lift it should be alright, just get to sleep afterwards!

I'm up too, but I don't have to work out until Wed.
But today while I was on my 2nd set of bench pressing I got a huge migrane so I had to stop for awhile.
Best way to break the cycle is to stay up all day and night as long as you can until you can fall asleep whenever you want. This is what I'm doing right now. I have to stay up until like 11pm...like 14+ more hours.

sleep is vital to build muscles. When you sleep, growth hormones are released and recovery is at its peak during your sleep...make sure you get at least 7-8 hours in the sack

When you don't get good sleep, besides what the kid above mentioned, your metabolism also slows down, and I may be wrong on this one(I think I heard it somewhere, but I might've been mistaken it for something else), but I also think your body becomes slightly more catabolic than anabolic.

it can be the less you sleep the less your body will repair itself and make you stronger as well for your stamina during lifting its best to getas much sleep possible with out over doing it like 8hours a night i sometimes take stuff to help me go to sleep because the stuff i'm on tends to keep me up

lifting without sleep is just stupid...you build muscle when you sleep, not when you lift.

........sometime's I just wonder ......WTF
Dont workout if you havent slept all night......
It is more detrimental to your body to go workout with no sleep then to not workout and sleep.

its not as much the part that you might not have as much energy, its more that your body wont heal as well.

85% of hGH is produced during sleep. Yes, it's bad. Get some sleep.
