Haven't heard that name for a while... like the others said I think he had a bit of a mental breakdown when other more established names all of a sudden capitalised on IF when he'd already been in that space for some years.
Pretty brutal considering how mainstream IF is now.

btw I haven't visited his website in a long time, his RPT low volume training might be ideal for me now that I'm cutting and I'll have less free time due to new work schedule, has anyone tried it?
