Got a half gallon flask, I drink that during work. At home, probably another 24 ounce. I'm probably close to 1 gallon a day.

I think I drink at least a gallon a day. I don't really keep track but I drink it all day and refill my water bottle at least 5-6 times.

Go through almost a gallon just at the gym (1 gallon jug crew). As much or more rest of wake period, so somewhere over 2 gallons a day.
