Like what exactly? Sometimes people are interested in a lot of weird chit but you'll never know because people just don't bring it up. Next time you're out having a smoke/beer just be direct in what you wanna talk about. Had a great conversation with a coworker the other night because I told him about my plans to go to Morocco this year and blow up a wild boar with a rocket propelled grenade.

That's the thing i don't get what people are constantly talking about. How's it going or netflix shows isn't enough for me to respond to. I mean i try and have tried but it's just hard responding to the same thing repeatedly. I can't get convos to go past this stage though. That's why i have anxiety.

I've tried a ton of times. After like 20 convos it still never goes anywhere. That's what's so awkward for me and giving me anxiety.

You have to build up trust with people and be superficial at first, once you do that, you can get more personal and have in depth conversations about anything. The key is finding people you know you can build up with, as in vibe, talk to enough people and eventually you'll know the type of person early on you'll mesh with so it's easier going forward when you meet other strangers.

Well that's the thing i don't vibe or connect at all it never goes beyond the how's it going or like a Netflix show or Podcasts

I also get approached in the hallways a lot but idk what to say to that either since it never goes beyond "pretty good" or something like that and i don't even have a way to connect with the person anyway else
