Most of the ex USSR country admits it was a mistake to dissolve the USSR. Yeah they were poor but quality of life was better. Even to this day they hate Gorbachev for this. If you go to his hometown - people are still upset over it and is ashamed of him. After USSR fell - the counties became poorer, more corrupt, and prime target for western influence and expansion. It's good and dandy if you think being part of EU or NATO will solve your problems but it's same as selling your soul to the devil. With their AID or whatever the fuk they package as democracy - you get your values, traditions, currency destroyed. You become fuk puppets of big corporations. Your children become confused about which gender to become tomorrow.

I was born and raised in a former USSR country and have a big ass family that's spread across multiple of those former USSR states. No surprise a Canadian can't see why freedom and liberty is more appealing
