Can I Conceal Carry in a Golden Corral?

Thinkin about treating the Fam to a good wholesome All-U-Can-Eat meal when I take the kids to the city for their athletics competition. They said they were fine with BK/Taco Bell/Arbys etc. but I said absolutely not, we are going somewhere for a nice sit down. I just want to know if I can legally strap is all? (Near Cleveland,OH and I hail from the great state of Pa, btw)

I always have my EDC but ya never know going into a different city. I always end up using my EDC to cut my steak there too. It's a little tough sometimes but fuk...its all you can eat certain days.

In the states I have carried in, as long as the restaurant does not have a class A liquor license (make more than 50% profit from alcohol), and does not have any type of posted policy against carrying, it is fine.

I conceal carried a piece of cheesecake there one time. I took the last piece and hid it under a bunch of jello so I didn't get jumped going back to my table.

These are uncertain times we are living in, and it's always good to have a safety plan.

Here in GA if you have a conceal carry permit the law says those little "no weapons" signs on businesses are unenforceable except for govt building and schools.

Brother Richard, the way I live my life is pretty simple. I carry a gun anywhere I go no matter the circumstance. If it says "carrying is unlawful" on the door I still enter.

No one will know you're carrying, and that's the point of a concealed firearm. So, the only reason someone will know you have a gun is if you have to defend yourself or your family, and in that case no charge will matter to me because I've still got my life.

Depends on your state/local laws brah. Texas has a thing where establishents have th right to place a 30.06 sign on thier entrances. With those signs, it's illegal to carry even with a license. (Ded fkn Srs)

Nah, fi you do that you'll be trapped and unable to manoeuvre your way into a good position. You need to sit on the outside of the booth facing the door while your wife sits opposite. That way you can pull her in as a human shield and make your way to better cover as she's soaking up flak.

Make sure she gets through at least five plates as well, need that extra padding incase they're using fmjs.

You can get arrested for trespassing after the owner asks you to leave. In my state, you won't actually get a firearm charge for carrying where you are not supposed for a lot of situations. It is a usually a misdemeanor trespassing charge. It could still impact your ability to renew.
